Geysir itself is no longer active. Instead the geyser next to it, the famous Strokkur, spouts boiling water every 5 to 15 minutes which can reach 30 meters in height. Last stop of the Golden Circle is Gullfoss waterfall, the 'golden waterfall' generated by Hvita river. We continue along the southern coast, with stops at the Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss waterfalls.
